我厂生产的山楂叶提取物是采用现代先进的大孔吸附树脂分离技术,从山楂叶中提取出来的活性物质,山楂叶提取物的有效成分主要为金丝桃苷、牡荆素鼠李糖甙等。以该提取物制成的各种制剂，对治疗冠心病、心绞痛、心肌梗塞、脑栓塞等心脑血管疾病和抑郁症等疾病有显著的疗效，同时，它已作为添加剂广泛应用于保健品、食品、饮料、化妆品等领域。 （公司药品生产许可证里已增加山楂叶提取物的生产范围，同时公司参与了国家药典委员会2010版《中国药典》关于山楂叶（果）提取物标准及生产工艺的制定）
山楂叶总黄酮为蔷薇科山楂属植物山里红,CrataegusPinnatifidaBge.VarMajorN.E.BR.或山楂CrataegusPinnatifidaBge.的干燥叶提取的总黄酮。主要成份有牡荆素鼠李糖甙、金丝桃苷和低前聚氰定等。具有降压、增加冠脉流量、降血脂、强心、抗心率不齐等药理作用。
Tth total flavonoids from Hawhtorn leaves are extracted from dried leaves of Crataegus Pinnatifida Bge. Var Major N.E.Br.or Crataegus Pinnatifida Bge.two plants of Hawthorn genus,rose family.It’s major ingredients are vitexin rhamnoside,Hyperoside and oligomeric procyanidins.Pharmacologically it can lower blood pressure.increase blood flow of coronary artery,decrease lipids in blood,benefit heart and treat arrhythmias.
功能：
1、 增强心肌耐缺氧能力，有与心得安相似的抗心肌梗塞作用。
2、 扩张冠状动脉，改善心脏活力。
3、 降低血脂、血压，降低脑血管阻力。
4、 抗心律失常，对室性及房性早搏作用较明显，对房颤不明显。
5、 能明显抑制胶原诱导的血小板聚集作用。
（1） Improving the tolerability of mycardium to hypoxia and act against cardiac infarct like propanolol.
（2） Dilating coronary artery and improving the vitality of myocardium.
（3） Decreasing blood lipids,blood pressure and the cerebral vascular resistance.
（4） Act against arrhythmia,expecially atrial or ventricular premature beats,but have no effect on effect on atrial fibrillation.
（5） Significantly suppress the platelet aggregation induced by collagen.
急性毒性试验表明：小鼠口服山楂叶总黄酮最大耐爱量在9.8g/kg以上（相当于临床用量的111倍），即本品无毒副作用和不良反应。
It is displayed that the largest resistant dose of total flavonoids from Hawthorn leaf orad lipid is above 9.8g/kg (equivalen to 111 times dose of human in clinic for one day )in mice acute toxic experiments.On the other words.they have no toxic or side effects and harmful reflects.
